Skin Tests
Every colour client in the salon needs to undergo a skin test 48 hours before their appointment. I also recommend that every new client comes to the salon for a consultation (which is free) to determine exactly what your appointment should be.
Appointment only & cancelling / moving
You are able to book online at your convenience as I am only at the salon on my scheduled work days and when I’m working I like to give my clients 100% of my attention. I will always try my best to accommodate your changes to appointments.
If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you give at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, then you may be charged 50% of your booking before you can book back in.
I’m not sure what to book online?
A consultation is completely free and highly recommended before you book your service. This gives me maximum time to actually perform what you want and not spend time talking about how we are going to achieve it.
If you’re not happy with your cut / colour?
I want every client to be happy with their new look, but if you feel your service has not been fully met then I would ask to get back in touch with me (within 7 days of the service) so I can resolve the issue as soon as I can.
